Starting inspiration manually
This function is active in any ventilation mode, regardless of
the T and T settings.
I E
All other parameter settings remain effective.
1 Limit the inspiration pressure with the rotary knob »P
2 Press and hold the key »man. Insp.« for as long as the
inspiration is to last, for example for X-ray examination of
the thorax with maximum inspiration.
The inspiration is terminated after a maximum of 5 seconds
and a further inspiration is possible only after a waiting
period of 5 seconds.
