The frequency generating unit of a radio.
A keyboard key which moves the prompt to the next data entry field.
A frequency used for simplex conversions or radio-to-radio
communications without the use of a repeater.
Indicates that a call can be answered by pressing PTT and dispatching
a response.
Allows the operator to respond to a call on the same channel as the call
during the talkback time in scan.
A function that limits the transmission period to a pre-defined time.
The radio will automatically stop transmitting when the timer goes off
after the pre-defined time and will generate an alert tone to notify you
that no transmission is taking place.
The contents of the radio's EEPROM transformed into ASCII values
and stored in the computer's RAM while the RSS is being used.
