Tx/Rx Hangtime (sec) Enter a value directly or use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to make your
selection. This is the period of time (in seconds) that the radio's
scanner will wait on an active receive channel after loss of carrier, or
immediately after transmitter de-key. The scanner will resume
scanning if carrier is not detected within this time period. This timer
can be set from 1 to 15 seconds in one-second increments.
The default is 3 seconds.
