# Add a charging plan.
Click the Service tab, and select Accounting Manager > Charging Plans from the navigation tree to
enter the charging plan configuration page. Then, click Add to configure a charging plan as
follows:
a. Add a plan named UserAcct.
b. Select Flat rate as the charging template.
c. Select time for Charge Based on, select Monthly for Billing Term, and enter 120 in the Fixed Fee
field.
d. Enter 120 in the Usage Threshold field and select hr for the in field to allow the user to access
the Internet for up to 120 hours per month.
e. Leave the default settings for other parameters and click OK.

# Add a service.
Click the Service tab, and select User Access Manager > Service Configuration from the navigation
tree to enter the Service Configuration page. Then, click Add to configure a service as follows:
