(1) Registering the fast refresh driver
1) Click [Start] on the taskbar and move the cursor to
[Settings].
Click [Control Panel].
2) The "Control Panel" window appears.
Double-click "Add New Hardware" from Control
Panel.
3) The "Add New Hardware Wizard" screen appears.
Click [Next >].
