You can use JP4 to set the input/output voltage at 5 volts or 3.3
volts.

Clear CMOS (JP5)

You can connect an external switch to clear the CMOS. This switch
closes JP5 and turns on the power, at which time the CMOS setup
will be cleaned.

You can disable VGA by setting Pin3 and Pin5 of JP6 closed and
