FlexibleLOM
IMPORTANT: If the drive cage is installed, you cannot install the HPE InfiniBand 544
FlexibleLOM adapter in the server due to physical interference between the two parts.
IMPORTANT: When removing the FlexibleLOM adapter out of the server, turn it slightly to
avoid contact with other server components.
To remove the component:
Power down the server (on page 10).
1.
Disconnect all peripheral cables and power cords from the rear panel.
2.
Remove the server (on page 11).
3.
Remove the access panel (on page 12).
4.
Disconnect the FlexibleLOM cable
