Insert the compression damper into the upper tube using care to avoid

damaging the o-ring on the upper tube threads.
Press down slowly and rotate in a circular motion until the damper is
installed.

stop with the housing guide in the forward 4 o'clock position.
20°-30°
Judy™ Silver TK R: Orient the remote cable stop with the housing guide
in the forward 6 o'clock position, angled ≈20°-30° degrees from center.
Thread the damper top cap into the upper tube.
30 TK R / Recon TK R / Recon RL R
Tighten the top cap.
24 mm 12.4 N•m (110 in-lb)
