  • Page 6 RockShox forks can be tuned for your pa r t i c u l a r w e i g h t , r i d i n g s t y l e , a n d t e r r a i n . Adding Air Pressure (Pilot SL and XC) Remove the air cap located on the left side of the fork crown to expose the air valve.

  • Page 10 I N T S Setting Sag Pilot forks are designed to sag when you are sitting on your bike. Sag is the compression of the fork caused by the rider's weight. Proper sag allows the front wheel to follow the contour of the terrain as you ride.
  • Page 11 MM FIXED TRAVEL AND ARE NOT ADJUSTABLE Oil Tuning (Pilot C only) Changing the oil in your Pilot C fork will alter its rebound characteristics. Rebound damping controls the speed that a fork returns to its full extension following compression. To slow the rebound of your fork, replace the stock 10 wt. oil in your fork with a heavier weight suspension oil (15 wt.).

Falsch montierte Gabeln stellen eine beträchtliche Gefahr dar und können zu schweren und/oder tödlichen Verletzungen führen.

De terugveringsdemping bepaalt de snelheid waarmee de vork na het inveren terugkeert naar volledige uitzetting. Om het terugveren van uw vork te vertragen, dient u de standaard olie met gewicht 10 in uw vork te vervangen door zwaardere olie (gewicht 15).
