Figure 3.9 shows counter up mode, Ch0_A provides the counting up function, one
pulse, one up count. When the counter0 is enabled, the couner0 starts to count. If the
counter value is overflow or underflow, it will show the minimum (0x00) or maximum
(0xFFFFFFFF) value and not count continuously.

Figure 3.10 shows counter up mode, Ch0_A provides the counting up function, one
pulse, one up count. When the counter0 is enabled, the couner0 starts to count. If the
counter value is overflow or underflow, it will reset to the defined value (e.g. 0x33) but
won't keep counting.
