Changing ACD States
In order for an agent to change their ACD state from a Polycom VVX 201 phone, ACD functionality
needs to be enabled on the phone. To do this, please contact Nextiva Support.
Signing In
To sign in to a queue, press the ASnIn softkey at the bottom of the screen (Figure 6-1).

After signing in to the queue, the icon to the left of the extension changes to reflect the new status,
and the Agent State displays as Available in the upper-right corner of the screen. From this point on,
the agent will receive calls from any queues to which they are assigned (Figure 6-2).
