then close the lever.

Removing and replacing the D6020 fan

IMPORTANT:
cord label, require that the power cord be removed before removing the fan.
Before removing a fan, note the following:
Replace only one fan at a time. Fans are N+1 redundant.
Be sure to verify that other fans are installed and that their LEDs are green before replacing
a fan.
Verify the status of the fan to be replaced by reviewing rear panel LEDs and buttons (see
"Understanding rear panel LEDs and buttons" (page
Be sure that your configuration can support your actions. If the proper redundancy is not in
place, power down the D6020 before beginning this procedure.
All other fans must be installed for proper redundancy.
To remove the component:
1.
Be sure that the hard drive drawer is closed.
2.
Remove the fan.

CAUTION:
