Adjust according to personal preference based on the following quantities.

● Increasing the amount of sugar will darken the
crust. Decreasing the amount will lighten the
crust and reduce the height.
● Without salt, bread will be less chewy and
enzymes will be over-activated. Thus, the
bread cannot form with gluten broken.
● Margarine can be used to substitute butter,
honey can substitute sugar. (P. EN12)
Honey shall not exceed 50 g
Put egg and others into the
measuring cup and add water
for measurement.
Do not use timer.

summer)
