2.3.8 Serial ATA(SATA) Controller

The PCH has an integrated, AHCI compliant SATA host controller. It supports DMA
operation on up to four ports and supports data transfer rates of up to 6.0Gb/s
(600MB/s). The SATA controller supports two modes of operation—a native mode and
an AHCI mode using memory space.
The SATA ports are implemented per below table on the SKY-8100.
