If a service is available, it is displayed in a 100% grey scale. Otherwise,
the option will be displayed in a softer grey scale (30%).
After pressing the soft-key Down seven times:

Four soft-key options are available when the Absence list is shown. In
the first soft-key there are two possibilities:
The soft-keys Activate or Deactivate for the following services:
Direct Diversion, Diversion on busy, Diversion on no answer and
Do Not Disturb. The soft-key is dependent on the state of the
service on the telephone.
The soft-key Select the services which need more information to
be entered: Select Profile, Follow Me, Absence reason and
External Follow Me.
The soft-keys Up and Down allow scrolling through the list. The
soft-key Exit allows leaving the programming absence functionality.
Top Menu
The function of the Top Menu is to allow you to change certain settings
in the telephone or to access some features. You can request any of the
available features by pressing the corresponding soft-key.
The Top Menu is structured in a number of Top Menu headings. Each
heading groups a number of functions, which can be selected/activated
by using the navigation keys/navigation soft-keys. The navigation mode
can be accessed from almost all traffic cases by pressing one of the
navigation keys (left or right navigation key). In navigation mode, the
user can search through the menu options with the help of two naviga-
tion keys (left and right) and three soft-keys. The navigation functions
include: left, right, up, down, deploy, select, and exit.
The telephone can be in navigation mode or not. You can enter the navi-
gation mode by pressing the left or right navigation keys. In navigation
mode, other functions are available by soft-keys (Up, Down and Select).
Always with the Home key the Home mode is reached (Top Menu func-
tionality is exited).
The functionality related to each key can be summarized as follows:
