VC - VALIDATE A CARD
Use the VC command to validate specific cards in the lockout file. You may need to do this when
a card has been invalidated by the auto PIN lockout feature. You can validate a single card, a
string of up to 20 assorted cards, or a range of card numbers.
Validate a Single Card
1.
At the
prompt, type VC. The system displays: ENTER NO.:

Type the card number to be validated and press RETURN. If the card was previously invalid
and made valid, the system displays VALIDATED, followed by

Validate a String of Assorted Cards
1.

3.
Repeat Step 2 for up to 20 card numbers.

When you enter your last card number or you reach 20, press RETURN. If at least one card
was previously invalid, the system displays: VALIDATED, followed by
