Program
The Extron Signal Processing Products Control Program (SPPCP) offers another way to
control the DVS 304 via RS-232 or Ethernet connection in addition to the SIS commands.
This section describes SPPCP installation, communication, and control. Topics that are

The graphical interface of the program includes the same functions as those on the front
panel of the scaler, with additional features that are only available through the software.
The control software is compatible with Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and
Windows XP. The Signal Processing Products Control Program and updates can be
downloaded from the Extron Website (www.extron.com).
NOTE: The control program requires approximately 32 MB of hard disk space.
Installing the Software
The SPPCP software can be downloaded onto the hard drive of a connected PC from the
Extron Website (www.extron.com).

By default, the installation creates a C:\Program Files\Extron\Signal
Processing directory and places a shortcut icon in it.
