Make
sum
that
the
pins ara staked proparly by
measuring
the diameter
of the
staked area using a
slide caliper.

After staking,
check
the staked
area
of the
master
link
for
cracks.
If
there
is
any
cracking, replace
the
master
link,
O-rings
and
plate.

caliper piston

pushed
out,

accounts
for
a
low
reservoir
level

entire
system
for

Check
the brake reservoir
level
through
the
sight glass.
If
the
level
is
near
the
lower
level
mark, check tho brake
pad
wear
