the
brake
pad
for
woar.
Replace
the brake
pads
If
either
pad
is
worn
to the
bottom
of
wear
limit
groove.

Replace
the
brake
shoes
if
the
arrow on
the brake
arm
aligns with the
reference
mark "A"
when
the
rear
brake
pedal
Is
applied.
Refer
to

BRAKE SYSTEM
FRONT BRAKE
Firmly apply
the
brake
lever,
and
check
that
no
air
has
entered the system.
If
the
lever feels soft
or
spongy
when
operated, bleed the
air
from
the system.
Inspect the
brake
hose
and
fittings
for deterioration,
cracks
and
signs of leakage.
Tighten
any
loose
fittings.
Replace
hoses and
finings as required.
Refer
to
page
14-3
for
brake bleeding procedures.
