9.2.10 Removal of the thermistors from the liquid and gas pipes

1 Remove the optional air panel in line with the instructions given in chapter
2 Remove the bell-mouth and the fan runner as explained in chapter

3 Remove the drain pan as indicated in chapter
4 Remove the evaporator partition plate securing the heat exchanger by removing the five screws.
5 Remove the thermistors:
a. Remove the butyl sheet attached to each thermistor
b. Remove each thermistor for the gas and the liquid pipe. Note that each thermistor is fixed with a thermistor 
holder.

N O T E
The thermistor protection and securing system is the same on the gas and liquid pipe.
The thermistors are secured with brackets.
9.2.11 Removal of the electronic expansion valve coil
1 Remove the optional air panel in line with the instructions given in
chapter
"9.2.4 Removal of the optional air
2 Remove the bell-mouth and the fan runner as indicated in chapter
"9.2.5 Removal of the fan runner and the fan
3 Remove the evaporator partition plate securing the heat
exchanger by removing the five screws.
4 Remove the electronic expansion valve butyl sheet.
5 Remove the expansion valve coil by firmly pushing it.

N O T E
The coil has a fixation system which comprises a protrusion at the
Expansion valve that has to match with the orifices located at the coil. (See
the picture beside), called alignment notch.
