Die zulässige Belastbarkeit eines Drehstrommotors (Normmotor
50 Hz) bei Betrieb mit dem Frequenzumrichter KEB COMBIVERT
ist in dem Diagramm dargestellt.
Eine höhere Erwärmung des Motors als bei Netzbetrieb ist zu
berücksichtigen.
Kennlinie 1:
Die abgegebene Leistung
KEB COMBIVERT (hierzu gilt Drehmomentkennlinie c). Oberhalb
der Motornennfrequenz liegt das zur Verfügung stehende Dreh-
moment und die Leistung im Bereich der dargestellten Kurven.
Kennlinie a:
Zulässige Drehmomentkennlinie bei Dauerbetrieb eines eigenbe-
lüfteten 4poligen Motors.
Kennlinie b:
Aussetzbetrieb (S3 ED 25%) eines eigenbelüfteten 4poligen
Motors. Spieldauer 10 min.
Kennlinie c:
Zulässige Belastung bei Einsatz eines ausreichend fremdbelüfte-
ten Motors.
Kennlinie d:
Während des Betriebes und Anlaufens kann der Motor kurzzeitig
mit seinem 1,5fachen Nennmoment belastet werden. Der
Frequenzumrichter ist auf den erhöhten Motorstrom auszulegen.

The permissible load capacity of a three-phase motor (standard
motor 50 Hz) driven by the KEB COMBIVERT is shown in the
diagram.
A higher heating of the motor as at mains operation must be taken
into account.
Curve 1:
mit Output power of a three-phase motor with KEB COMBIVERT
(corresponding to torque characteristic curve c). Above the nomi-
nal motor frequency the available torque and the power are within
the range shown in the curves.
Curve a:
Permissible torque characteristic of self-ventilated 4-pole motor at
continuous operation.
Curve b:
Intermittent operation (S3 duty cycle ED 25 %) with self-ventilated
4-pole motor. Cycle time 10 min.
Curve c:
Permissible start-up torque for a motor with adequate forced
cooling.
Curve d:
During starting and operation the motor may be loaded up to 1.5
times of its nominal torque for short periods. The frequency
inverter must be designed for the increased motor current.
