Allgemeines

Mit dem statischen Frequenzumrichter KEB COMBIVERT haben
Sie ein technologisch hochwertiges Gerät erhalten.
Bitte untersuchen Sie es auf Transportschäden wie Deformatio-
nen und lose Teile. Sollten Sie Beschädigungen feststellen,
setzen Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem Transportträger bezüglich einer
Tatbestandsaufnahme in Verbindung; auch dann, wenn die Ver-
packung äußerlich nicht beschädigt ist.
Bitte überprüfen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme das Gerät auf richtige
Installation. Beachten Sie hierbei die Informationen dieser Be-
triebsanleitung.
Nur bei richtig durchgeführter Installation und Einhaltung der
Betriebsbedingungen wird eine Garantie von 6 Monaten nach
Lieferdatum (Schmelzsicherungen ausgenommen) gewährt.
Der KEB COMBIVERT F0 ist bedingt kurzschluß-
fest (VDE 0160). Nach dem Wiedereinschalten
der Schutzeinrichtungen ist die bestimmungsge-
mäße Funktion gewährleistet.
Ausnahmen:
1. Treten am Ausgang des KEB COMBIVERT wiederholt
Erdschlüsse oder Kurzschlüsse auf, kann dies zu einem
Defekt am Gerät führen.
2. Tritt ein Kurzschluß während des generatorischen Betriebes
(2. bzw. 4. Quadrant, Rückspeisung in den Zwischenkreis)
auf, kann dies zu einem Defekt am Gerät führen.
1.1 Anschlußhinweise
Ein störungsfreier und sicherer Betrieb des Frequenzumrichters
ist nur unter Beachtung der unten aufgeführten Anschlußhinweise
gewährleistet:
Bei Abweichungen von diesen Vorgaben können im Einzel-
fall Fehlfunktionen und Schäden auftreten.
– Einbau und Anschluß nur durch ausgebildetes Personal.
– Allgemeine Installationsvorschriften für das Errichten und Be-
treiben elektrischer Betriebsanlagen beachten (VDE 0100).
– Schutzmaßnahmen für Mensch und Maschine sind entspre-
chend den örtlichen Gegebenheiten und Vorschriften durch-
zuführen.
– Der KEB COMBIVERT ist für einen festen Anschluß be-
stimmt.
– Leistungs- und Steuerkabel nicht an- oder abklemmen, wäh-
rend der Frequenzumrichter an das Netz angeschlossen ist.
– Keine Messungen am Gerät während des Betriebes durch-
führen.
– Netz- und Motorleitungen nicht vertauschen.
– Netzspannung und Motornennspannung beachten.
– Steuer- und Leistungsleitungen getrennt verlegen (10 cm
Abstand)
– Anschluß der Steuerleitungen nur an Schalt- und Einstell-
elemente (Relais, Schalter, Potentiometer), die für Klein-
spannungen geeignet sind.

1. General
The static frequency inverter KEB COMBIVERT uses high techno-
logy electronics.
It should be checked on arrival for any signs of damage in transit.
If anything is amiss, even though the packaging may not show
external damage,please report the matter immediately to both, the
forwarders and ourselves.
Before putting the equipment into operation please check that it is
properly installed and connected in accordance with this instruc-
tion manual.
Failure to observe the installation and operation instruction will
void the guarantee which is six months from date of delivery (blow-
out fuse are excempted from this warranty).
The KEB COMBIVERT F0 is conditionally short-
circuit proof (VDE 0160). After reclosing the
protective devices the functions, as directed, are
warranted.
Exceptions:
1. Repeated ground faults or short circuits at the output of the
KEB COMBIVERT can cause permanent damage to the unit.
2. If a short-circuit occurs during generatoric operation (2. or 4.
quadrant, feeding energy into intermediate circuit) it can lead
to a defect of the unit.
1.1 Connection Instructions
A safe and trouble-free operation of the inverter is warranted only
when the connection instructions listed below are observed:
If deviations from these specifications occur it can cause in
particular cases malfunctions and damages.
– Installation and connection through authorized personnel only.
– Please observe the general installation regulations for the set
up and operation of electric plants (VDE 0100).
– Protective measures for man and machine are to be carried
out in accordance to the local conditions and regulations.
– KEB COMBIVERT is designed for a fixed connection.
– Do not connect or disconnect the electric power cable and the
control cable as long as the frequency inverter is connected to
the mains.
– Do not carry out any measurements at the inverter during
operation.
– Do not confuse power line and motor line.
– Please observe mains voltage and rated motor voltage.
– Install control lines and power lines separately (10 cm
distance).
– Connect control lines only to switching elements and adjust-
ment controls (relay, switch, potentiometer) that are suitable
for low voltage.
