Connect the PWD22 mast cable (power and signal cable) to the fixed
connector underneath the PWD22 housing.
Tighten the connector properly to achieve proper sealing of the
connector.
The cable connector must not swing at all in relation to the fixed
connector. Test this by trying to swing the connector. If it swings, the
mating surface of the connector is not sealed but it leaks and the
connector terminals are exposed to weather.

The PWD22 cable has 16 connection wires.
