DSC-initiated Messages
When a local event such as a front panel selection or adjustment takes place, the
DSC responds by sending a message to the host. No response is required from the host.
Examples of DSC-initiated messages are listed below.

Reconfig
The DSC sends this response when a change in the input frequency is detected.

The DSC sends this response when hot plug event X6( is detected on output X@ , for
example, when an HDMI output is unplugged and reconnected.
