Replacing bulbs

Place new bulb socket A into the lamp and
turn it clockwise until it engages.
X
Reattach housing cover : on the lower
side and fold it upward until it engages.
Front turn signal lamp bulb
X
Turn bulb socket = with the bulb
counterclockwise and remove it.
X
Gently press onto the bulb and turn it
counterclockwise out of bulb socket =.
X
Gently press the new bulb into bulb socket
= and turn it clockwise until it engages.
X
Place bulb socket = back into the lamp
and turn it clockwise.
Parking and standing lamp bulb
X
Halogen headlamps: Press retaining lug of
housing cover : downward and remove
cover.
Bi-Xenon headlamps: Turn housing
cover : counterclockwise and remove it.
X
Pull out bulb socket B with the bulb.
X
Use light pressure to turn bulb to the left
out of socket B.
X
Place new bulb into bulb socket B and turn
it clockwise until it engages.
X
Halogen headlamps: Reattach housing
cover : on the lower side and fold it
upward until it engages.
Bi-Xenon headlamps: Reattach housing
cover :.
Replacing bulbs for rear lamps
Before you start to replace a bulb for a rear
lamp, do the following:

Switch off the ignition.
X
Turn the exterior lamp switch to position
$.
X
Open the tailgate.

Tail lamp unit
X
Opening: Turn lock : clockwise for right-
hand side cover and counterclockwise for
left-hand side storage compartment.
X
Fold cover down.
X
Press the tabs together and remove the
bulb carrier.

hand bulb carrier in reverse)
Brake lamp bulb

Turn signal lamp bulb

Tail, parking, standing, and side marker

Gently press onto the respective bulb and
turn it counterclockwise out of its bulb
socket.

Gently press the new bulb into its bulb
socket and turn it clockwise until it
engages.

Reinstall the bulb carrier.
Let the tabs engage.
X
Fold back trim on right-hand side.
