Power gauge : indicates the current
power that the drive system delivers to the
front wheels.

The electric drive operates like a generator
when you release the accelerator pedal or
depress the brake pedal. Electric current is
produced and stored in the high-voltage
battery. As long as the high-voltage battery
is being charged, the electric drive
simulates an engine brake. Power
gauge : indicates the amount of power
the high-voltage battery is being charged
with.

Control system
Introduction
The control system is activated as soon as the
starter switch is in position 1.
The control system enables you to call up
information about your vehicle and to change
vehicle settings.
For example, you can use the control system
to find out when your vehicle is next due for
maintenance service, to set the language for
messages in the instrument cluster display,
and much more.

conditions must always be his/her primary
focus when driving.

selecting features through the multifunction
steering wheel should only be done by the

Control system
Bear in mind that at a speed of just 30 mph
(approximately 50 km/h), your vehicle is
covering a distance of 44 feet (approximately
14 m) every second.
The control system relays information to the
multifunction display.
Multifunction steering wheel
The displays in the multifunction display and
the settings in the control system are
controlled by using the buttons on the
multifunction steering wheel.
