Warning!
Only use roof racks approved by Mercedes-
Benz for your vehicle model to avoid damage
to the vehicle.
Follow the manufacturer's installation
instructions. Otherwise, an improperly
attached roof rack system or its load could
become detached from the vehicle.
Do not exceed the maximum roof load of
165 lb (75 kg).
Take into consideration that when the roof
rack is loaded, the handling characteristics
are different from those when operating the
vehicle without the roof rack loaded.
Make sure you can open the tailgate
completely

Flip trim covers : open.

Only attach the roof rack to the anchorage
points under trim covers :.

Observe manufacturer's instructions for
installation.
Through-loading feature

Do not transport any unsecured items in the
through-loading area.

Do not drive without the armrest locked in
place. You and others could otherwise be

by the through-loading opening and to
prevent the cargo from damaging or soiling
the armrest, you should remove armrest.

Opening through-loading area: Open the
tailgate.

Push catch ; in direction of arrow.

Swing cover : all the way to the side.

Closing through-loading area: Swing
cover : in cargo compartment back until
it engages.
Removing rear armrest

Pull release handle ; upward and hold it.

Hold armrest : by the sides and pull
armrest out. Otherwise the cup holders
open.
