The release handle remains in the open
position after the armrest has been
removed.
! Do not push the release handle down
after removing the armrest, as the armrest
mechanism could otherwise be damaged.
Installing rear armrest

Place armrest : in position.
X
Push armrest : toward the rear until it
engages.
The release handle moves downward.
Make sure that red surface of release
handle ; is no longer visible. Only then is
the armrest locked in place.
Parcel net

Warning!
Parcel nets are intended for storing light-
weight items only, such as road maps, mail,
etc.
Heavy objects, objects with sharp edges, or
fragile objects may not be transported in the
parcel nets. In an accident, during hard
braking, or sudden maneuvers, they could be
thrown around inside the vehicle and cause
injury to vehicle occupants.
Parcel nets cannot protect transported goods
in the event of an accident.
A parcel net is located in the front passenger
footwell.

Loading and storing
Cargo tie-down rings
Your vehicle is equipped with four cargo tie-
down rings.
Always follow loading instructions

Carefully secure cargo by applying even load
on all the cargo tie-down rings with a rope of
sufficient strength to hold down the cargo.
Bag holder
Bag holder
A bag holder is located on the left-hand side
of the cargo compartment.
! Do not place more than 11 lb (5 kg) on the
bag holder and do not tie down any loads
to it.

Opening: Press bag holder :.
The bag holder moves out.
X
Closing: Press on bag holder : until it
engages.
