Possible causes/consequences and M Solutions
If the drive system is started at low outside temperatures, the
fuel-cell needs to be warmed up to its operating temperature
first.

Wait until the message disappears.
X
Shift the automatic transmission into drive position D or
reverse gear R.
The high-voltage battery is malfunctioning. The drive system
remains to be active.
X
Do not switch off the drive system.
X
Contact an authorized F-CELL Service Center.
X
Close the fuel filler cap (
You have attempted to start the drive system while the
automatic transmission was in reverse gear R or drive position
D.
X
Shift the automatic transmission into park position P or
neutral position N. Make sure the brake pedal is depressed.
The operating safety of the automatic transmission is only
ensured to a limited extent.

Stop the vehicle in a safe location as soon as possible.
X
Shift the automatic transmission into park position P.
X
Turn off the drive system.
X
Engage the parking brake.
X
Wait at least 10 seconds before restarting the drive system.

Shift the automatic transmission into reverse gear R or
drive position P.

Continue driving with added caution.
