16. REAR BRAKE & REAR WHEEL & REAR CUSHION

Rear Wheel

Removal
Raise the rear wheels off the ground by placing a
jack or other support under the frame.
Remove the rear wheel nuts, and then remove
rear wheels.
Installation
Install the rear wheel and tighten the nuts.
Torque: 2.4kgf-m
Remove cotter pin.
Remove wheel shaft connecter washer and
tighten the wheel shaft connecter nut.
Remove the rear wheel shaft connecter.
Installation
Install the rear wheel shaft connecter.
Install wheel shaft connecter washer and tighten
the wheel shaft connecter nut.
Torque: 2.4kgf-m
Install cotter pin.
Install the rear wheel and tighten the nuts.
Torque: 2.4kgf-m
