2. MAINTENANCE INFORMATION

Headlight Beam Distance

Turn on main switch
Headlight beam adjustment. Turn the headlight
adjustment screw to adjust headlight beam high.
Caution
● To adjust the headlight beam follows related
regulations.
● Improper headlight beam adjustment will make
in coming driver dazzled or insufficient lighting.
Clutch Shoe Wear
Run the ATV and increase throttle valve opening
gradually to check clutch operation.
If the ATV is in forward moving and shaking, check
clutch disc condition. Replace it.

Cushion

Warning
● Do not ride the ATV with poor cushion.
● Looseness, wear or damage cushion will make
poor stability and drive-ability.
Front cushion
Press down the front cushion for several times to
check it operation.
Check if it is damage.
Replace relative parts if damage found.
Tighten all nuts and bolts.
Rear Cushion
Press down the rear cushion for several times to
check it operation.
Check if it is damage.
Replace relative parts if damage found.
