Do Not Disturb (DND)

Use the Do Not Disturb feature to block all incoming calls to your station. When blocked, you are still able to make outgoing
calls.
NOTE! Depending on your Unreachable Presence settings, DND might be configured to accept or
forward some or all incoming calls when DND is activated. For more information, refer to the
Softswitch Configuration Guide for End Users
When the feature is activated, the calling station will see the CALL FAILED DUE TO XXXX ON DND message and hear the
reorder tone.

To set your phone to Do Not Disturb:
1. Press . The
[DND]
DONT DISTURB OFF/ON ACTIVATE
feature code (145).
2. Press . The
[Actv]
ACTION SUCCEEDED
When the feature is activated, a bullet appears next to
the feature is activated.
