Appendix D: Troubleshooting
Problem
The destination number does not exist in the CSS
system.
There are not enough call licenses in the CSS
system, which prevents you from completing calls.
There are not enough registration licenses in the
CSS system, which prevents you from logging into
the system after rebooting your phone.
Your phone failed to register in the CSS system.
Your phone failed to register in the CSS system.
For keysets with static IP addresses, indicates:
• Primary DNS server address has been defined
in the phone
• No Call Agent IP address has been defined in
the phone
The MAC address is not registered in the CSS
system.
The number or user you called is currently not
