Forward Busy Forwards your incoming calls to another destination when your terminal is busy.

NOTE! For the Forward Busy feature to function properly, Call Waiting must not be activated. For more
information, see your system administrator.
Forward No Answer Forwards your incoming calls to another destination when you do not answer within a
[FwNa]
system-defined number of seconds.
NOTE! You can edit the number of seconds via your Sea Softswitch portal.
Operating Call Forward:
1. Choose the required forwarding option (

3. To set Call Forward, dial the destination number, OR
To cancel Call Forward, choose [CNCL], OR
To change the Call Forward destination, dial the new destination number.
