file name, type "Invoice" in the File name prefix field.
The files will be named: Invoice2XXX-XX-27(1);
Invoice2008-09-27(2), and so on.
• Name file prior to saving/sending: if selected, the
Save As dialog box appears after the document(s) are
scanned, allowing you to specify the name of the file
and the location where it will be stored. The Save As
dialog box appears each time the function is run.
• Setting Shortcut: displays the name of the Setting
Shortcut used on the Main Scanner window. This is
the shortcut to the collection of scanner settings being
used by the scanner.
• Display settings prior to scanning: if selected, the
Main Scanner window appears before the document(s)
are scanned, allowing you to select the scanner
Setting Shortcut. The Main Scanner window appears
each time the function is run.
