Preface
This Operator's Guide is your guide for day to day use of your scanner. It provides
the information you need to handle basic tasks related to scanner operation and
simple maintenance. For information on data collection and document imaging tasks,
consult the Elements of Data Collection.
This manual is organized as follows:
• Chapter 1, "iNSIGHT 20 Plus Dual Purpose Scanner", provides an overview of
the iNSIGHT 20 Plus scanner's features as well as safety and environmental infor-
mation.
• Chapter 2, "Scanner Basics", describes the basics of using your scanner.

• Chapter 4, "Document Imaging Basics", describes how to some of the features of
Click&Scan.
• Chapter 5, "Maintenance", describes routine cleaning as well as how to replace
parts that may wear out with use.
