also let you access the Analyze and Protocol windows, load firmware to your unit, and reboot the system. You
may also Exit T/NG480 from the Action tab.
Take note that while you are in Turn-Up & Test Mode you will be unable to change the COM port under the
Settings tab.
Alternately, the toolbar in the upper-left section of the Turn-Up & Test screen allows the same functionality as
the Action tab, and may be used to navigate through T/NG480. See Figure 33 for button functions.

You can exit Turn-up and Test Mode by clicking the Exit button.

Alarm Tab

The Alarm Tab displays and logs alarm events. The Alarm Tab consists of two elements, the Alarm Grid and the
Log screen.
The Alarm Grid represents each of the NetGuardian 480 's 80 alarm points as a cell in a 2 x 64 grid. When an
alarm event occurs, a red box will appear in the alarm point's cell. The red box will remain as long as the alarm is
standing.
The alarm event is also listed in the Log screen, which displays the alarm point that was triggered and the date
and time of the alarm event.
If the PC Change-of-State Beep check box is checked, T/NG480 will alert you with a beep sound whenever an
alarm changes state.
