Using the Action tab will allow you to move between the Editor function and the Turn-Up & Test screen. It will
also let you access the Analyze and Protocol windows, load firmware to your unit, and reboot the system. You
may also Exit T/NG480 from the Action tab.
Alternately, the Action toolbar in the upper-left section of the Turn-Up & Test screen allows the same
functionality as the Action tab, and may be used to navigate through T/NG480. See Figure 15 for button
functions.

When switching between screens you will be prompted with the "Connect To Device" window, you have the
option to select which communication mode T/NG480 will use, Serial or LAN. The information fields are
pre-populated with the default T/NG480 configuration for each. You will be load alarm descriptions, doing so
will allow you to see the user defined alarm point descriptions as opposed to just the alarm display and point
numbers.
