System Alarms Tab

The NetGuardian 480 System Alarms provide notification of hardware, configuration, or connection problems.
In the System Alarms tab, System Alarm points may be configured to send SNMP traps. You may choose to
send an SNMP trap message for the alarm points by selecting "Yes" in the Trap fields. If you want to send
alarms to an SNMP manager you must select Yes from the Trap option. The default setting for Traps in System
Alarms is No.
