Confidential Reception Report

This report is automatically printed each time your MFP
receives a confidential message into a mail box. Information
in this report includes.
The date the message was received.
The total amount of time your MFP spent receiving the
message (5,R-TIME).
The Location ID or telephone number of the fax machine
you were communicating with (DISTANT STATION ID).
The number of the mail box into which the message was
received.
The number of pages received.
The result of the communication.
Service codes.

Broadcast Confirmation Report

Use this report to confirm the results of a multiple-location
transmission (or broadcast). Information provided on this
report includes:
The date and time at which the broadcast started.
The total amount of time used to complete the broadcast.
For each location, the Location ID, the number of pages
sent and the result of the communication.

Broadcast Entry Report

Each time you program a multiple-location transmission (or
broadcast), your MFP will give you the option of printing this
report to confirm your entries. Information in this report
includes:
The Location ID of the One Touch keys and Auto Dial
codes you have selected.
Telephone numbers you have manually entered using the
numeric keypad.

Message Confirmation Report

This report provides information about your last single-
location fax transmission or polling transmission. Information
in this report includes:
The date of the communication.
The total amount of time your MFP spent sending or
receiving (S,R-TIME).
