When moving the control unit to one side, ensure that no objects or body parts are within the
range of adjustment, as there is risk that they could get caught!

BACK

L
Before using the wheelchair, check that the fixing screws (1) are properly tightened, otherwise
the back might come loose, damage the chair and hurt the user.
L
Make sure that no extra loads are hung from the back (e.g. rucksack, etc.) which might
increase the danger of tipping over backwards.
If the functioning of the back or some of its components has deteriorated because of wear and tear or
other causes, kindly consult your dealer. He/she shall gladly assist you further.

ADJUSTING THE DEPTH OF THE SEAT

The fixed back section is designed to be detachable. Loosen
the screws (1) and lift the cushioned back section up and out
of the retainers. To put it back in, place the back section
between the rear tubes in such a way that the back retainers
1
(1) are replaced into the retainers. Tighten these retainers
back up manually.
Before using, check that the back is properly fixed to the back
tubing (1). If it is loose, retighten the safety screws (1) which
secure the back to the back tubing.
The seat depth is adjusted by pushing the rear frame into
different positions. To do this, loosen the screw (1) on either
side of the frame and pull the rear frame out or in until it is in
the position you want, and until the relevant holes lie above
one another so that the fixing screws (1) can be inserted
through the frame. Hand-tighten the screws back up with the
nuts you previously loosened.

1
The seat depth should never be changed when the
user is sitting in the wheelchair.
Before using the wheelchair, check that the fixing
screws (1) on either side of the frame are properly
tightened, otherwise the back might come loose,
damage the chair and hurt the user.
