Minor The PVPC/PVCC has been successfully created.
Minor The PVPC/PVCC is down.
Minor A link failure caused the PHY driver to turn on the
redundant PHY.
Major The specified STM-1 is in Signal Degrade Bit Error
Rate alarm. The value set in the
SigDegradeThreshold attribute for this line has
been exceeded.

Rate alarm. The value set in the
SigFailureThreshold attribute for this line has been
exceeded.
