3. Installing the paper feed motor

1) Install the paper feed motor on the motor
side board, pushing down the front of the
paper feed motor in the direction shown in
Figure 3-506, and tighten 3 screws [1].

CAUTION
In order to keep the platen flat, be sure
to install the paper feed motor as de-
scribed above.

4. Fastening the paper feed roller set
