Chapter 3 Operating Modes
The Text Entry dialog box appears when data is to be entered as a text string,
such as a material name. Using the MULTI CONTROL knob, enter a string by
selecting characters one at a time from any of three character sets: capital
letters, lowercase letters, and symbols.

Description
Enter 1 to 9.
Enter 0.
Switches the character selection in the
following sequence capitals → lowercase
→ symbols → capitals.
Enters the character currently highlighted
at the cursor position.
Deletes the last character entered.
Clears the character string from the input
buffer.
Cancels the entry and closes the dialog
box.
Confirms the entry and closes the dialog
box.
Enters the character currently highlighted
at the cursor position.
