• MAV-777 Basic menu item 001 PREROLL TIME should be set to at least 1
second.
• The player and recorder IN points must be set so that the preroll interval can
be set in the MAV-777 Basic menu item 001 PREROLL TIME.
• When the entered signal is recorded in step 2, the audio level cannot be
controlled. The audio level should be adjusted beforehand with the AUDIO
REC/PB LEVEL adjustment dial of the meter panel.
With this control panel you can perform editing using video and audio signals
that have already been recorded. This method of editing is called preread
editing. For example, a previously read signal is sent to the mixer, mixed, and
then can be recorded on the original or another channel.
Before you execute preread editing, please note the following.
• Before executing AUTO EDIT, you must execute PREVIEW. After
PREVIEW if the edit points or edit channel have changed, you must execute
PREVIEW once again.
• In the insert mode, INS (Insert) cannot be set.
