• Dégagez le système de coupe de la tondeuse par le côté gauche.
Pour le remontage, procédez en sens inverse en prenant note
des points suivants :
a) En replaçant le plateau de coupe sous la tondeuse, prenez
garde à ce que les tôles d'étanchéité latérales de la carcasse
soient à l'extérieur du canal d'éjection et à ce que la clappe
supérieure du canal d'éjection repose sur l'arrière de la carcasse
afin de conserver des performances de ramassage optimales.
b) A l'aide d'un outil faisant levier - par exemple, un manche de
marteau que vous bloquerez dans le support des crochets (a
- photo 20 - page 58) , amenez les bras arrière de hauteur de
coupe (b - photo 20 - page 58) sur les crochets.
Soulevez légèrement l'enceinte de coupe jusqu'à ce que les
crochets soient de nouveau en place.
6.11.2 Démontage du système de coupe
(H144M - H144BM - H144MX - H144BX)
• Engagez le frein parking.
• Mettez la machine sous tension en tournant la clé de contact
en position I.
Ta loss klippsystemet från gräsklipparen från den vänstra
sidan. Montera tillbaka i omvänd ordning och lägg märke till
följande punkter :
a) Vid återmontering av klippskivan under gräsklipparen
bör du se till att tätningsplåtarna på sidorna är utanför
utkastningskanalen och att kanalens övre ventil stödjer sig
på klippdäcket, för att garantera en optimal uppsamling.
b) Använd ett verktyg som kan tjäna som hävstång - till
exempel ett hammarskaft som du spärrar i krokarnas fäste
(a, bild 20, sida 58) och sätt de bakre armarna för klipphöjd
(b, bild 20, sida 58) på krokarna.Lyft klippaggregatet en
aning, ända tills krokarna är på plats på nytt.
6.11.2 Demontering av klippsystemet
(H144M - H144BM - H144MX - H144BX)
• Lägg i parkeringsbromsen.
• Sätt maskinen under spänning genom att vrida
tändningsnyckeln till läge I.
• Mähgehäuse auf Mindestschnitthöhe positionieren.
• Placera klippaggregatet i läget för minsta klipphöjd (mini).
For the rebuilding of the machine, proceed the same way but
starting by the end.
However be very carefully and take care by :
a) By replacing the cutting deck under the machine, make
sure that the lateral tightness plates are outside the
ejection channel and that the superior flap rests on the
cutting deck in order to keep the maximum grass
collecting rate.
b) By using a tool as lever blocked in the hooks support (a -
photo 20 - page 58) and by lifting slightly the cuyying deck,
bring the rear cutting height arms on the hooks (b - photo
20 - page 58) until the hooks are blocked.

6.11.2 Dismantling the cutting system

(H144M - H144BM - H144MX - H144BX)
• Put on the parking brake.
• Switch on the machine by placing the ignition key on
position I.
• Put the cutter housing in the min. cutting height position.
• Switch off and take out the ignition key.

• Positionnez l' e nceinte de coupe en position hauteur de coupe mini.
• Coupez la mise sous tension et retirez la clé de contact.
• Avant de procéder au démontage, protégez vos mains avec
des gants de travail.
• Démontez les capots latéraux droit et gauche, en dévissant
les poignées de fixation et en poussant les capots vers
l'avant pour les dégager de leur axe support arrière.
• A l'aide d'un outil (par exemple un tube acier ou une clé à
pipe), dégagez le brin du ressort (a-photo 16 bis-page 59) de
l'axe de la poulie tendeur. La poulie tendeur n'est plus sous
tension et libère la courroie.
• Enlevez les poignées de fixation de l'enceinte de coupe sur
le bras avant de la hauteur de coupe (photo 18 bis- page 59)
après avoir retiré les 4 goupilles à anneau.
• Décrochez les ressorts de maintien des crochets de
l'enceinte de coupe sur les bras arrière (1 - photo 19 bis- page
59) et, d'un mouvement de rotation vers l'arrière, dégagez les
crochets des axes de fixation (2 - photo 19 bis - page 59).
• Dégagez le système de coupe de la tondeuse par le côté gauche.
Pour le remontage, procédez en sens inverse.
• Slå ifrån tändningen och dra ur tändningsnyckeln.
• Ta på dig arbetshandskar innan du börjar demontera.
• Demontera den högra och den vänstra huven genom att
skruva loss fästhandtagen och skjuta huvarna framåt för att
frigöra dem från deras bakre fäste.
• Frigör med hjälp av ett verktyg (till exempel ett stålrör
eller en hylsnyckel), fjäderarmen (a, bild 16 bis, sida 59) ur
remskivans axel. Remskivan är då inte längre under spänning
och frigör remmen.
• Ta bort fästhandtagen för klippaggregatet på den främre
armen för klipphöjd (bild 18 bis, sida 59), efter att du tagit
bort de 4 ringpinnarna.• Haka loss fjädrarna för fasthållning
av klippaggregatets fästkrokar på de bakre armarna (1, bild
19 bis, sida 59) och frigör krokarna från fästbultarna (2, bild
19 bis, sida 59) genom en rotation bakåt.
• Ta loss klippsystemet från gräsklipparen från vänster.
Vid återmontering utför du momenten i omvänd ordning.
• Before starting to dismantle the cutting system, protect your
hands with work gloves.
• Remove the left and right side covers by unscrewing the
fastening handles and pushing the covers forward to remove
them from their rear support pin.
• Using a tool (a steel tube or a socket wrench), remove the
spring thread (a- photo 16 bis, page 59) from the pin of the
belt tensioning idler pulley. The idler pulley is no longer
under tension and the belt is freed.
• Remove the handles fastening the cutter housing onto the
cutting height front arm (photo 18 bis, page 59) after taking
out the ringed pin.
• Unhook the retaining springs (a, photo 19 bis, page 59) from
the hooks where the cutter housing hangs on the rear arms
(b, photo 19 bis, page 59) and by rotating them backwards,
remove the hooks from the fastening pins.
• Remove the cutting system from the lawnmower from the left.
To re-assemble, follow the same steps in reverse order.
