• Modèles H124B - H124BX - H124BS - H144BM - H144BX :
- Faites l'appoint avec une huile hydraulique neuve
Bioplantohyd S46 réf. ETESIA 36693 (bidon de 2 litres).
- L'appoint, comme le remplissage ne peuvent se faire qu'à
travers l'embout femelle (a - photo 36 - page 70).
- Utilisez un groupe de filtration équipé d'un filtre 25 µm
dédié à la filtration de l'huile BIO réf. 36730.
- Connectez l'embout mâle du groupe de filtration sur l'embout
femelle du réservoir hydraulique après avoir retiré le capuchon
de protection et nettoyé l'embout femelle du réservoir.
L'huile bio n'est pas miscible à l'huile minérale. Ne
pas mélanger ces 2 types d'huile. Utilisez le groupe
de filtration réf. ETESIA 36693 exclusivement pour
filtrer l'huile BIO. Utilisez le groupe de filtration réf.
ETESIA 29977 exclusivement pour filtrer l'huile HV46.
• Démontez la cartouche filtre à air du réservoir
(b - photo 36 - page 70).
• Ouvrez le cache-batterie et déconnectez le faisceau
électrique machine de la batterie ( voir paragraphe 7.3
entretien batterie).
• Modellerna H124B - H124BX - H124BS - H144BM - H144BX :
- Fyll på med ny hydraulolja Bioplantohyd S46 art.nr ETESIA
36693 (2 liters dunk).
- Du kan bara fylla på genom honkopplingen (a, bild 36, sida
70).
- Använd en filtreringsenhet med ett 25 µm filter avsett för
filtrering av BIO-oljan art.nr 36730.
- Anslut filtreringsenhetens hankoppling till
hydraulbehållarens honkoppling efter att ha tagit bort
skyddslocket och rengjort behållarens honkoppling.
Biooljan får inte blandas med mineralolja. Blanda
inte dessa två oljetyper. Använd en filtreringsenhet
art.nr ETESIA 36693 uteslutande för att filtrera BIO-
oljan. Använd filtreringsenheten art.nr ETESIA 29977
endast för olja av typen HV 46.
• Demontera luftfilterinsatsen från behållaren (b, bild 36, sida
70).
• Öppna batterilocket och koppla ur maskinens elkabel från
batteriet (se avsnitt 7.3, Underhåll av batteriet).
• H124B - H124BX - H124BS - H144BM - H144BX Models :
- If necessary, top up with new Bio Plantohyd S46 hydraulic
oil ETESIA ref 36693 (2-litre can).
- Topping up, in the same way as filling, is only possible
through the female end (a, photo 36, page 70).
- Use a filter unit with a 25µm filter dedicated to the filtering
of the bio oil (ETESIA ref 36730).
- Connect the male end fitting of the filter unit to beat
female end fitting of the hydraulic tank, first removing the
protection plug and cleaning female end of the tank.
Bio oil is not miscible with mineral oil. Do not mix
these two types of oils. Use the filter unit exclusively
for filtering the oil ETESIA ref 36693. Use the filtering
unit ETESIA ref. 29977 exclusively for filtering the oil
HV 46.
• Remove the air filter from the hydraulic oil tank (b - photo 36
- page 70).

• Assurez vous que le commutateur de mise en route et d'arrêt
soit en position ARRET.
• Connectez le faisceau du groupe de filtration, d'abord la
borne négative (bleue) puis la borne positive.
• Plongez le tuyau d'aspiration (sans raccord au bout) dans
l'huile à transvaser.
• Mettez le groupe en marche en actionnant le commutateur
de celui-ci.
• Dès que le niveau souhaité est atteint :
- arrêtez le groupe en positionnant l'interrupteur de celui ci
sur arrêt.
- déconnectez le groupe de la batterie (d'abord la borne
négative bleue).
- déconnectez les flexibles hydrauliques et remontez la
cartouche filtre à air.
ATTENTION ! Le groupe transfère environ 3 litres par minute.
Veillez à ne pas dépasser le niveau maxi indiqué sur le
réservoir et surtout à toujours avoir le tuyau d'aspiration
plongé dans suffisamment d'huile pour éviter que la pompe
n'aspire de l'air.
• Kontrollera att omkopplaren för start och stopp är i läget
STOPP.
• Anslut filtreringsenhetens kabel, först minuspolen (blå) och
därefter pluspolen.
• Doppa ner sugslangen (utan koppling i änden) i oljan som
ska tömmas över.
• Sätt igång enheten genom att manövrera dess omkopplare.
• Så fort önskad nivå har uppnåtts :
- stäng av enheten genom att ställa dess strömbrytare på
stopp.
- koppla bort enheten från batteriet (först den blå
minuspolen)
- ta loss hydraulslangarna och montera tillbaka
luftfilterinsatsen.
MÄRK! Enheten överför cirka 3 liter per minut.Tänk på att
inte överskrida max. nivån som anges på behållaren och i
synnerhet att alltid ha sugslangen neddoppad i så mycket olja
att pumpen inte suger in luft.
• Open the battery cover and disconnect the electrical cable
from the battery (see section 7.3, Battery Maintenance).
• Make sure that the On/Off switch is on Off.
• Connect the filtering unit cables, first to the negative
terminal (blue), then to the positive one.
• Dip the suction tube (without the connector on the end) in
the oil to be transferred.
• Start up the unit with the switch.
• As soon as the desired level is reached :
- stop the unit by turning the switch to off.
- disconnect the unit from the battery (the blue negative
terminal first).
- disconnect the hydraulic hoses and replace the air filter.
IMPORTANT ! The unit transfers about 3 litres per minute.
Take care not to exceed the maximum level indicated on the
tank and always keep the suction tube under the oil level so
as to avoid taking in air.
