ENGINE OVERHAUL
1. Unbend the lock washer tab.
2. slacken:
• Clutch hub nut "1" (see fig. 74)
• Blocking the clutch hub "2" with suitable tool "3", slacken
the clutch hub nut.

• The following procedure applies to all friction plates.
1. Check:
• Friction plate
Damage/wear
2. measure:
• Friction plate thickness
Not conforming to specifications
together.

• Measure the friction plate in four different positions.
A. Friction plate 1

2.90-3.10 mm (0.114-0.122 in)
•
2.80 mm (0.110 in)
•
2.90-3.10 mm (0.114-0.122 in)
•
2.80 mm (0.1102 in)
•
2.90-3.10 mm (0.114-0.122 in)
