Alternator Removal - Sym EuroMX 125 Service Manual

Alternator Removal

Drain out the engine oil.
Remove the right side cover. ( 4 screws)
Remove the exhaust muffler. (2 bolts, 2 nuts)
Remove the fan shroud. (2 screws)
Remove the cooling fan shroud. (bolt x 2, screw
x 2)
Remove the cooling fan. (4 bolts)
Hold the flywheel with the universal fixture.
Remove the 10mm nut on the flywheel.
