4. FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM

Fuel Tank

Removal of fuel unit.
Open the seat.
Remove the luggage box assembly. (bolt x 4,
screw x 1)
Remove the rear carrier. ( bolt x 4)
Remove both the left and right body covers.
(screw x 4, bolt x 2)
Remove the fuel unit coupler.

Turn the plastic cap in CCW direction and then
remove the fuel unit plastic cap.

Remove the fuel unit.
Caution
Do not bend the float arm.
Install in reverse order of removal procedures.
Remark: Aligning the slot of fuel unit with the ring
of fuel tank as installation.
